Our Coffee

Our Ashanti coffee has a unique story.

Direct Trade Arabica Coffee Beans – Locally Roasted

We are a local coffee shop that proudly sells fresh arabica coffee from our roasting plant just twenty minutes away in Thornbury Ontario. The coffee beans are a direct trade, single origin, estate coffee from Zimbabwe Africa.

Delivered Fresh

The coffee is delivered fresh to our cafe so rest assured the coffee and espresso you drink here was roasted no more than a week to ten days ago – this is the optimal time for the best tasting cup of coffee, latte, cappuccino or espresso.

Whole Beans or Custom Ground

For home brewing, you can buy whole coffee beans by the pound or we can custom grind your beans for you, however you like them prepared. If you aren’t sure what grind you may need, our expert baristas will be happy to help you choose your grind.

We roast our Ashanti Coffee four different ways a dark roast, house roast, a medium and a light roast – each with it’s own distinct flavour profile.

Coffee Beans

We sell Ashanti Coffee beans for your to enjoy at home. We will also custom grind your coffee beans for you however you like it for brewing at home, espresso, Aeropress, drip, french press, cold brew or even Turkish grind if that’s your thing.
